With the rapid evolution of the circular economy, the high-value utilization of bulk post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics (such as recycled PP, PE, PVC) has become a core focus. However, recycled materials often carry exogenous pollutants like detergent residues, pesticides, and biological decomposition. After multiple extreme melt thermo-oxidative degradations, they accumulate a large amount of low-molecular volatiles. During pelletizing and secondary processing, they release a complex stench mixed with rancid, ammonia, and solvent odors, hindering PCR plastics from entering high-end markets.
This product features an original dual-core architecture of "anhydrous hydrophobic isolation and homologous macromolecular anchoring." Relying on high-efficiency acid absorption sites and active macromolecular metal complexes, it accurately locks and chemically chelates free amines and sulfides. Physically, a nanoscale hydrophobic isolation network and macromolecular interfacial bridging technology present ultimate dispersion during dry blending (zero white spots). Through homologous co-crystallization in the resin melt, deodorizing reactants are firmly anchored inside the 3D network, completely blocking migration paths (absolute zero blooming) while perfectly guarding the mechanical properties of the recycled plastic.
